Live drawing classes every Tuesday night 6 - 9pm. Work from the live model in the classical realist tradition. Adults, beginners to professionals welcome. Beginning drawing is a pre-requisite. Open studios offer opportunities to practice drawing and painting the human figure from a live model in a welcoming and respectful atmosphere. The Academy provides plenty of easels, drawing benches and chairs. Participants bring their own preferred art supplies. All are welcome. 9/11 - 12/16, 13 sessions: Long Pose - Wednesdays 6 - 9pm and Fridays 9am - 12 Short Poses- Fridays 1 - 4pm and Saturdays 1 - 4pm $156 for a subscription or $15 drop-in.
